CNC CAD CAM SERVICES
We are able to provide in-house product design and development using Fusion 360 cad cam software to create complex parts as per our customers’ requirements and create the geometry and toolpaths required ready for CNC machining of the part.
Clients can also supply us with their own 3D drawings in many formats compatible with Fusion 360, but the preferred format is an STP file.
CNC MACHINE CAPABILITIES
- Haas HRT160 rotary table – with custom trunnion table set up
- Haas VF0E – 3 and 4 axis milling with table travels of 760mm in X, 400mm in Y and 508mm in Z
- Haas VF3 – 3 and 4 axis milling with table travels of 1016mm in X, 508mm in Y and 637mm in Z
- Hyundai Quick Turn 15N Lathe – 2 axis turning centre with a max turning diameter of 250mm and maximum length of 400mm
CNC MACHINING SERVICES
CNC 3 axis milling and 4 axis milling capabilities on our Haas CNC vertical machining centres and 4th axis rotary tables. CNC turning on our CNC lathes.
